"This is the hotel we chose to stay after a terrible night at another place. This place was formerly Playa Maya Beach Hotel that we have stayed at before. The rooms do need upgrading which I think they are doing slowly. Bed was ok but somewhat hard. Staff mostly spoke Spanish but food and service was excellent! The chef Victor went out of his way to cook whatever you wanted and it was most excellent. The best is that it is right on the beach and they have very comfortable beach chairs and beds! ...

"Great place for TAM. Also logistically close to Ocean Plaza, good restaurants and bars. Some previous reviews mentioned some noise. You barely hear it. Netflix was convenient and can change to English. Room was clean and staff was very friendly. I didn't care for the shower floor but not a big deal. The hotel has one iron from the front desk and it's useless cheap. No iron board. But I managed. Overall i enjoyed my stay. "

"There was no water every day, the events that took place at the hotel were very noisy, for those who went to relax, it ends up being stressful, the buffet food had no variety, very greasy.
