The hotel has some great aspects, like the amazing food, good options, and nice facilities. However, the customer service didn’t meet expectations for the price. It was average, not rude, but no one went above and beyond or walked the extra mile.

The hotel is spectacular, and the service is excellent; the food is even better than any all-inclusive hotel. However, they were a bit strict, not very flexible with certain things. I made a mistake with the reservation and added an extra child, which couldn’t be refunded, and it was very challenging because my family is a group of five, so I had to book an extra room just for one person. Overall, I wasn’t satisfied with the customer service.

Staff and service is not good the girls at concierge are rude and pushy , specially the lady that is from different country (not Mexico ) I also felt they try and take advantage and confuse you when you tell them something that’s not to there advantage , specially with the views of rooms you don’t get what you pay for .

Pools and bars and food spots close way too early. Food was ok. Great at some spots and terrible at others. Beach was always closed. Property is gorgeous and there is so much to do at the connected attractions. It’s overwhelming you can’t do it all in 4 days. MAKE RESERVATIONS THE FIRST DAY FOR THE WHOLE WEEK! Don’t eat at the “show” food spot. Bleh.
