"The staff and service were excellent. The restaurants were good. Our favourites were Dos Almos, the Mexican restaurant and Ember. The mixology could be improved compared to other 5 star resorts. The pools were great, especially the main beach pool. The beach isn't good, but we knew this when booking. The pools make up for it. There are a lot of upsells and the corporate events hold it back from being a 5 star in my opinion. The corporate events made it feel less of a relaxing, romantic vibe....
