"The resort is located at Playa De Carmen which is far away from Cancun but close to Xcaret. The food was good. All staffs are friendly. We booked swim out room and is at the opposite of the pool. The pool was clean and quiet. "

"The pools were excellent and the staff was also great. Ate at all of the restaurants. Only disappointment was the steak restaurant. The steak was very mediocre. The Italian and Sushi restaurants were outstanding, and the Mexican, buffet, and pizza places were good. Wait staff was very friendly and attentive. The alcohol was ok, definitely plenty of it but had to try a few different drinks early to find things that tasted great and then stick with them. "

"Staying at Xcaret was simply one of the best vacations we have had! The entire service and staff was amazing, we had everything and anything when we needed it. Food was superb and delicious. Now being an all-inclusive aside from the all you can eat and drink it includes entrances to their amazing parks which are filled with so many thrills and adventures, from zip lines, snorkeling, rides to Isla Mujeres on a catamaran, driving jeeps in the jungles, swimming in rivers with crystal clear waters etc, etc. Words just don't do this place justice. "Just returned home from Mayakoba and we absolutely loved it! The property is beautiful and the rooftop bar looking over the ocean was our favourite! Arrive at 6 pm for a complimentary mixology class and then sip your cocktail while enjoying the stunning sunset. We also loved our complimentary river cruise throughout Mayakoba. In my opinion, The Fairmont is the most beautiful of the four hotels. We didn't have a problem finding loungers throughout the day by the pools or beach. They don't allow you to reserve them, so there's always options. The restaurants were delicious, we loved them all. And the staff were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend The Fairmont Mayakoba if you're looking for quiet luxury in Mexico. "

"The food was excellent. Our favorite was the Mexican restaurant. The resort was extremely clean. They were even painting one of the buildings as im sure they constantly have to do. Having the resort located just a block away from 5th Ave was wonderful and convenient for nightly walks.
