The staff at the front desk seemed to lack knowledge of the area and weren’t particularly helpful. So we approached the waiters who spoke English for information. They were extremely helpful and friendly. "

"We were probably given an older room with an entrance door that didn’t have a secure lock on the door along with a gap at the bottom and top. We asked for a face cloth more than once and never received one. Staff was friendly, room was very clean and satisfactory however the pillows were extremely hard which made sleeping difficult. "

"What a gem. If you’re looking for the fancy all inclusive resort with perfect everything and all the bells and whistles, then This place is not for you. But if you are looking for a spot right on the beach on one of the most beautiful beaches in the world, with a restaurant that has amazing food, great service (thanks Freddy and Jesus!).
