"Great resort. The vegetation and wildlife was phenomenal. The food was only okay, Los Lirios was the best a la carte. The "app" on the website was very convenient. The decor was so colorful and beautiful. We saw coaties, monkeys, snakes, iguanas, geckos and numerous birds. The street food night was the best event. "

"Loved how family friendly the property was. Even though adults were drinking all day noone got super sloppy and the activities were appropriate around kids. The service was also excellent. Only complaint was the lack of ability to get a meal reservation. Members were able to book 3 days in advance, everyone else had to wait until morning of and we never were able to actually get one."

"For all inclusive we did find it odd to shut down buffets and turn them into restaurants at dinner time. One buffet was never open. Only one snack bar on site. This could be because our last day there they sectioned off the entire resort with construction fencing? IDK but I would choose a different resort because we had a difficult time finding snacks / food without walking the entire resort. "

"Gorgeous property lots to see. Beautiful pathways, pool is deep and clean, lots to see lots to do. Food was better than other hotel chains. No one out of four of us got sick. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Only downside was getting woken up daily around 8:00am/9:00am by house keeping. We didn’t have a do not disturb tag for our door. We asked for one from house keeping and front desk but one never arrived in our room. "
