"Everything was amazing. The only thing we didn’t like was that we had requested two rooms in close proximity and they weren’t ready until 6pm. They said we could have rooms at 3pm, but that they might be in different buildings. All the pools were really cold. Also, they said the hotel timeshare presentation would take max 2 hours and they kept us there for 5 hours (they’d switch sales people every time we said we weren’t interested). "

"We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. The plusses: great location, lovely property, remarkably quiet, good air conditioning, very nice shower, clean room, in room safe, friendly / helpful staff. Minus-just one. My GOODNESS the bed was hard!! Half a block walk to the beach, same to the pedestrian street full of shops, restaurants and street performers. Bonus, one evening we got back and found a large family of raccoons who may have lived in the cenote on the grounds. Very cool."

"The property was quite nice in appearance and was safe because it is a gated facility. The staff was very nice and particularly Lucas was very helpful. I got a little lazy and took a taxi to the airport, which the property arranged for the same fee posted on 5th Avenue, but it is located about one mile from ADO Touristica and ADO Alterna bus terminals. Maid service was good, but the mattresses were a little old,but had been covered with a foam layer for better comfort. I would definitely stay...
