"Our client services/customer service rep Maria was amazing. She helped arrange our dinners and excursions and even helped us plan a perfect little surprise for the husbands. The only part I did not like was the constant hounding from the reps wanting us to basically do the resort time share presentation to get free massages or excursions. No matter how many times you say no thank you they continued to stalk you. That was very annoying."
