"We chose this resort because our grandson wanted waterslides..however the bigger slide was damaged and not usable as was one of the restaurants..that we had booked in after we got to the resort. The main pool was really murky ...compared to the adult pool. The room was clean and grounds were well maintained by staff. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Just returned last night back from the resort everything about the resort is amazing including food service cleanliness choices of restaurants to dine attention to details by the workers there, It all met and above our expectations The only down thing about this resort is the beach. You have to walk to the neighboring properties for the beach experience so you still have access to the beach but not just directly in front of this resort. I am personally a beach...

"Wonderful staff and the family club was perfect for kids 0-10! Would gladly return. One suggestion would be a daytime snack/dining option for family club as my kids were so tired and hungry in the evenings (ages 3&5) that they barely made it to the 6pm buffet opening time and we had to go to the main resort sport bar to get them food before the buffet opened. But this place was excellent and so nice to have so many families near by and swim out room was fantastic! Thank you all "
