"This is a new resort, opened in July 2024. The room was very nice and staff members were friendly. There is a gate to the resort. It is a long way from the gate to the hotel. Unless if you want to stay in the hotel for the whole time, it is not very convenient to go out and see other places, such as Isla Mujeres. The Uber is not allowed to pass through the gate to the hotel. You have to use the taxi waiting at the door of the hotel and the taxis are much more expensive than Uber. The...

"This was my second time here, and the same issues exist. For starters, there are A LOT of children and families. Which is fine, I suppose, but not what you would expect at a place that is a plant-based wellness resort. For me, it ruins the vibe. Second, the price value is not there, in my opinion. The restaurants are good, but not exceptional, and it's hard to justify the cost for restaurants I likely would visit if they were in my hometown. The staff is lovely, and the setting is beautiful....

"Very clean resort. Staff weren’t always super friendly. My sister and I took our sons for a quick weekend. We like to wake up and drink coffee and it was very hard to find a place to do that. The all you can eat breakfast buffet would have carafes at the front, but they weren’t always there. "Staying at Xcaret was simply one of the best vacations we have had! The entire service and staff was amazing, we had everything and anything when we needed it. Food was superb and delicious. Now being an all-inclusive aside from the all you can eat and drink it includes entrances to their amazing parks which are filled with so many thrills and adventures, from zip lines, snorkeling, rides to Isla Mujeres on a catamaran, driving jeeps in the jungles, swimming in rivers with crystal clear waters etc, etc. Words just don't do this place justice.
