"great location! Most staff were very friendly and attentive. We didn’t like the needing to make reservations for dinner. One restaurant didn’t seat us because we were 9 minutes late! The other restaurant once we did make it to our reservation, was rushing us to order and to get us out. Not sure if the kitchen was closing but the waiter got a little annoyed that we ordered a second entree. "

"My stay at Wyndham Alltra Cancun was fantastic. The resort is beautiful with great beach views, clean rooms, and excellent amenities. The staff is friendly and attentive. The pirate-themed splash park is a hit for families. Highly recommend it for a memorable tropical getaway!"

"We enjoy staying here and of course could use a few details like a cooler ac in room that doesn’t make noise and floors in room I literally fell 3 times so make sure to always wear sandals/shoes… kids section could use an update not just cover in duct tape… Isaac from buffet/taco place always a pleasure, you can’t leave without a massage from Ely from Miiluma, ask for Miguel in the pool section best service and never fails. Glad they took away the reservation section it’s a first come first...

"It’s a nice resort. A lot of fun, guest are very friendly and entertaining especially if you like to people watch and socialize. There’s several restaurants and food options however some restaurants are better than others as far as quality. Overall it’s a good experience and a lot of fun! "

"The whole trip was great i’ve been back for the pas 3 years and everytime the experience has been great i even run into someone at the bar who was staying 3 hotels over he had a friend staying at the hilton an he changed his reservation after he stayed 3 days at another one from a bad time he said. "Amazing hotel with my 8 and 12 yr old. Awesome shows every night restaurants with huge variety pool had something for everyone, main pool great entertainment, calm ocean, beach volleyball and bikes to ride through property. Staff great! . "

"We traveled with our extended family and with small children ( 1 year to 9) . We had a fantastic experience. It was a very laid back and Family friendly environment, but yet checked all the boxes for the adults. It didnt feel like a theme park and was a true vacation. We will be back! "
