"It was good overall. There were some issues like: there were no parasols at the beach so we had no shade; some restaurants were full and we had to wait an hour and a half to be seated, and the resort wasn't full, so one wonders how it is when the hotel is at full capacity; the food was inconsistent, there were some good things, some were too salty, some had no salt, there was nothing exceptional but it wasn't horrible either. "

"The stay at the Moon Palace Sunrise hotel was absolutely fabulous. Everything from digital communication to friendly, personal services was incredible. Every member of the Moon Palace team was friendly, and very helpful. This was the most pleasant experience with a hotel every. This was really value for money."

"The staff was very nice and accomodating. The other guests were very respectable in this environment. The bartenders were great. The food was average. I didn't like the upselling and Sales Presentation. You do have the option to skip the Sales Presentation but you have to let them know you are not interested. "

"If you are looking for cleanliness, this is absolutely a gem. A smaller scale resort than we had previously attended. The staff are the most courteous and helpful and willing to go the extra mile. As for the dining experience...this rates as a 3 star. The reason being is for this outstanding resort, it needs improvement. Vegetarian and vegan options are not adequate. Not everyone eats pork and beef. Very little chicken options on the buffet. The pasta at best met a can of tomato sauce. ...

"My wife and I enjoyed our visit to the RUI property. We were very impressed with how friendly, clean, and welcoming the property was. The food was excellent and never had to wait long at all. Their Internet and Wifi had great coverage. Our group enjoyed our Happy Hour drinks made by Guzman down by the beach bar. "

"We had a great time at Hilton Cancun Mar Caribe Resort. The room was great, very spacious and with everything we need, I just wish we had more space to hang dry our swimsuits. The bed was 10/10, minibar too. The hotel was amazing, very pretty. The only turn off was the dining options, the buffet wasn’t that good, but the Italian and the steakhouse were pretty decent. The coffee shop was very nice, very convenient. I just expected more from such a nice hotel. One more thing, the bar by the pool...

"This resort is awesome, especially for younger kids. The food situation is great. We loved the accessibility of the coffee shop for easy breakfasts. The rooms are nice altho some wear and tear was visible. The resort is designed in a way that it felt small, which we loved.
