"From the moment we arrived at Finest Playa Mujeres, we were treated like royalty. The resort is stunning, with breathtaking ocean views, pristine beaches, and beautifully maintained grounds. The attention to detail in every aspect of our stay made this an unforgettable experience. Service & Staff – 10/10 The staff was beyond incredible—always friendly, attentive, and genuinely eager to make our stay perfect. Whether it was the concierge, housekeeping, or the restaurant servers, everyone went above and beyond to ensure we were happy and comfortable Rooms – Spacious & Luxurious Our suite was immaculate, with modern decor, a private jacuzzi, and a fully stocked minibar. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the room service was top-notch. Waking up to the sound of the ocean every morning was pure bliss. Food & Drinks – Gourmet Quality With so many dining options, we were spoiled for choice. Every meal was outstanding, from the fresh seafood at Duke’s Lobster & Seafood to the authentic Mexican dishes at Lizo. The cocktail selection was impressive, and the bartenders knew how to make every drink perfectly. Pools & Beach – Absolutely Stunning The pools were clean, warm, and never overcrowded. The beach was paradise—soft white sand and crystal-clear water. The service at the beach was fantastic, with drinks brought right to our loungers. "We loved our stay at the RIU Cancun! We felt safe and well looked after during our entire stay at this resort. The food options are INCREDIBLE! Just be sure to get in line early for any of the individual restaurants, as they filled up very quick. The staff was always so pleasant, friendly and accommodating! It was my partners birthday during our stay, and housekeeping left something sweet and exciting in our room that day! That was a special surprise! There are 4 pools, most of which are quite lively and busy, but thankfully there is one that is much quieter and relaxed when you truly need to unwind and relax. We also appreciated being oceanfront, and being able to go down a few steps to the beach whenever we wanted! I would absolutely come back to this resort! The only issue we had was that our key cards were constantly needing to be reset and reactivated, nearly every day of our stay we had to go get them reset. However they remedied this by changing the batteries in our door lock! "

"Recently stayed at Paradisus - Cancún for my birthday and everything was better than I could have even imagined. I was blown away by the exceptional customer service from all staff. I truly felt like royalty! Everything felt seamless & flowing. It was easy & convenient to schedule excursions & make reservations for meals. Being that it was during spring break, it was busy but not to the point that it felt crowded. The only place you’ll find crowded is the pool of course because it’s incredible, so keep that in mind finding chairs after 9 can be difficult. We opted for a towel on the beautiful beach, only a short walk from a bar and restrooms, etc.. We rented a beach cabana one day & it comes with a bottle of champagne and a seafood platter. Considering it was hard to find chairs the entire time, it was nice to have a designated spot to relax for the day & also have a server that came by frequently for drink refills. The buffet has a wide variety, breakfast was really good, ask for Jorge! The best thing I ate while I was here was the black angus ribeye from Sal. Omg. It was the best steak I have ever tasted in my life & I’m from Texas! Lol The service at the steak restaurant was phenomenal, worth every penny and truly made my birthday trip feel so special. I’ll never forget it. Biggest take aways from this place is the beauty of the resort & the amazing staff that actually connect with you & provide exemplary service. It truly exceeded my expectations. Book the trip! "
