"We didn't like the location of the hotel as there is really nothing around (no restaurants, no café or shopping) and we didn't feel quite safe in the neighborhood. At night it was quite noisy with a lot of dog barking so we and our toddler had poor sleep. Unfortunately they had closed their restaurant without any notice which we were planning on using and the bar and events that they praise on their website don't exist at all. The staff was friendly though! Most terrible customer service...
