Beautiful property, the cenotes and jungle are one of a kind. The pools are great though a bit busy at times and the beach is lovely (pack water shoes!). Only downfall was booking the a la cartes, but the food was good! Would go again!

We loved this hotel as a family. Tons to do! Out of our 7 days, we never felt bored. We had no desire to leave the hotel because there was so much we could do on site. The only downside was no hot water in our room which made it extremely difficult with an infant and toddler. Beyond that, we loved our stay.

I really loved how green it was. Nice for walking. The kids loved the water slides. Very nice and clean rooms. The beach was beautiful. Loved sitting on the comfortable furniture in the lobby. There were funny smells on the resort. I'm not sure if it was sewage or just because it's a swampy resort. The food was okay.

We had a lot of fun here, felt safe and enjoyed the variety of things to do. We were there for a week with another family and our young children. The bugs definitely come out at night and the animals can be food aggressive so you have to be careful not to let your kids hold food in some outdoor areas.

After reading all the negative reviews, almost switched hotels. Honestly it wasn't bad at all. Staff were super friendly. Food wasn't 5 star but the buffet has options. Restaurants need to be booked but didn't have a problem doing that. I would recommend this resort to families more than anything. Water park was awesome. Kids had a blast

Very friendly staff, very large resort with lots to see and explore. Huge beach with tons of seating options.

Everyone was very helpful and making sure we had what was needed. Checking in and out was fast. Food was good, saw different variety for lunch and dinner in the buffet section.

Such a fun resort for adults and kids! So much to do on site. Lots of food options and cool a la carte restaurants.

Lots of wildlife roaming the resort. Right in the middle of the jungle. Only issue we had was with hot water in the room but when complained they took care of it.

This is a beautiful family resort, highly recommended if you have kids to go and visit. Staff are friendly and make sure your time spent there is enjoyable.
