Absolutely loved this resort. All of the food was great, staff were friendly and welcoming, and the shuttles to Playa Del Carmen made day trips easy. Shout out to Hugo for helping us plan excursions that perfectly matched all of our wants!

The only nice thing I have to say about the property was the room was very nice and they have a great taco stand by the pool. I stayed in platinum room which is all the way in the back of the resort, they have shuttles but there is 6 shuttle stops so you will be walking a lot. They say you can call for a shuttle but youā€™ll be waiting for 20 mins. The service was terrible, Carlos the supervisor for the platinum rooms told me they were celebrating there 41 years and invited me to a breakfast complimentary on him, the day of the celebration he calls my room at 8:15am rushing me down to then find out it was all a lie and he was just trying to pitch me a timeshare where I sat with his workers at the inclusive buffet thatā€™s free when thatā€™s nothing he has told me before it was my birthday and I donā€™t like being rushed or anything I was also late for my excursion that day which they didnā€™t care. I will not being staying at any princess resort associated with this company.

Itā€™s a huge property and for me thatā€™s where the attention to detail gets lost.We only had one hot meal the whole week.A la Carteā€™s are almost impossible to book unless you want to eat really late(we donā€™t),or completely full. The buffets were terrible,cold food,usually picked over so much thereā€™s limited choices in what to eat.Its a beautiful property but it just wasnā€™t for us,weā€™ve been to much better. Wonā€™t return unfortunately.

The property was too big. On a third floor with no elevator access. I have a bad knee and the stairs everyday were killer. Trams were scarce so walking was a killer. TV in our room did not work, shower leaked out onto the floor, we were constantly running out of towels using towels to lay down on the floor so we didn't slip and break our ass. Useless calling front desk, they never answered the phone. Asked for a room change and was denied. This was a miserable experience with poor accommodations.

The property was beautiful! loved all the wildlife we saw. Great food! Was very impressed with all the workers! Very clean and wonderfully kept. We would definitely stay here again. The only one thing that could be improved is the snack bar options. There was not a whole lot of options between meals or near the pools we were at. It would have been nice just to have a self serve nacho bar near the pool. All in all this was a spectacular vacation! Thanks to all the workers who kept everything so nice and clean!

Big enough that I walked off a lot of the alcohol consumed, but still able to find places to kinda be away from the masses. Some of the infrastructure is in need of replacement but they seemed to be doing repairs on areas the whole time. Staff were excellent.
