"I like the areas of the hotel beautiful, clean and comfortable The food is good but not is variety in the buffet. The Italian restaurant is very good the food and wine, the staff is great. There are 7 pools with a snack bar for each one. There are activities with the entertainment people every day and nights. In general is a great place for family, friends or partners. Next to Xcaret park."

Tip: Figure out which parks you want to visit before you arrive, actually call the hotel to reserve them! Restaurants, too, that require reservations. This way you'll get the most out of the tremendous amount available! Great for anyone -- except maybe the elderly? There was a lot of ground to cover every day. But if you're fit and can walk, enjoy the VAST offerings of Xcaret. Expect the best service and attention, a gorgeous property, unbelievable food, and lots to do."

"The grounds were absolutely beautiful. The staff was extremely friendly and work very hard. Bernie, the shuttle driver was great and so was Aairon, the bar tender at the poolside bar. Most of the restaurants were good. Will definitely be back."
