"Loved the location and the staff"

"This is out third time staying at Viva Wyndham Maya. The beach area is excellent! There are plenty of loungers in the shade and they are on top of taking the sargassum. The pool is nice but we usually spend all of our time at the beach The staff at this hotels are very friendly. The animation team is a lot of fun and there are lots of activities planned throughout the day. We haven't had much luck with getting a reservation at the a la cart restaurants because we have only been here for 3-night trips. The buffet has a variety of tasty food and the snack bar always has hamburgers and other items available. I really like the size of this resort. It isn't too big and you can easily walk everywhere. I would definitely stay here again. "

Special shout out to Maria who is an activity director at the pool!! She is phenomenal and makes all guests feel at home! She works extremely hard and always with a friendly greeting and smile on her face!!! "

"the property is very clean with beautiful landscape. it is relatively small so you get to all the restaurants in no time. the staff is very courteous, professional and accommodating. they don’t ask for any gratuity. the entertainment is also very good. there is different theme every night and it is so relaxing to sit outside with your favorite cocktails enjoying the show. "The Royal Hideaway is an absolutely beautiful resort with an incredible beach for miles and turquoise waters! The food and staff is top notch. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure everything is perfect. It’s also close to downtown which is nice if you want to escape the quiet and go and experience the Fifth Ave life. Resort is quiet and peaceful. I love it and will definitely return soon. "
