"I encountered an issue where my bank account was being charged twice anytime I utilized my card at the resort. As it turns out the resort does a pre authorization and primary authorization on cards (not all cards), which in turn puts a hold on double the amount for a few days. This was a surprise to me and when I attempted to understand what the situation was the resort staff was not helpful at all. Other than that the stay was good and I will be back with lessons learned. "
