"Beautiful property and loved the staff. This little place sits right on 5th Ave so everything is at your disposal. Only downside is, no parking in this pedestrian area (we left our car around the corner) & sometimes depending on the room you get, you can hear the outside fiestas (although this didn’t keep me from sleeping lol) I would go back!! "

"Location is perfect - steps to the beach. The staff was extremely helpful and always ready to help. I travel about 100 days a year between business and personal matters. We were in town for business and I was pleasantly surprised at how well the place looked and how helpful the staff was. It’s close to the beach so you have that “beach” wear feel, but overall it was a great stay and I’d recommend it. "

"I loved the way the rooms were built around a central courtyard of trees and seating areas. The white of the surface walls was warm and welcoming. The property had the calm and comfort of an older property — the taste of an older property — I do not at all mean ‘older’ in the sense of dated. The full and large bookcase in the lobby was a pleasure to see. I had good help in arranging a shuttle from the airport to the hotel, and immediate response to a change in arrival that I had to make. Thank you for being such a special place — an oasis even though so close to the activity of 5th Avenue. "

"Excellent place to stay. Had no complaints. Location was amazing. While near the beach and Quinta Avenida, it was a quiet location and we heard no noise from nearby businesses. Staff was friendly and helpful. Would definitely do again. "

"Great place. Extended my stay because of how great the atmosphere was and the variety of plants and animals. We loved seeing the bats swoop through in the morning getting the bugs. No bugs to be found on the property. Lots of cool lizards running around though and the staff were always very friendly and helpful. Omar at the front gate was very courteous and helps with the luggage and any questions. I went in and out a lot because of all of our appointments and running to the store and they never made it seem like it was a pain to buzz me in every time to the property which was nice. Overall great experience and definitely great value for the money. I've stayed at five star resorts that didn't have as helpful staff. Will definitely return. Only downside was the noisiness from the bar, Disco, hostel across the street but we knew about it beforehand and it wasn't really an issue. The location is Central to a lot of the nightlife so there is no avoiding it wherever you go. 10/10 "

"This is the 2nd time staying at Los Itzaes. Hotel is very well situated to food & shopping! It is noisier that we remembered from our previous stay. No hot water in shower, but there were a lot of footsteps we heard before trying it. Maybe others used up the hot water. No big deal. The staff has been terrific and friendly."
