The hotel offers great amenities, the staff is very friendly, the food is awesome! Very comfortable rooms the internet has also very decent speeds for streaming. This was my second stay at this hotel and I will definitely come back in 6 months. I enjoy staying at this hotel plus it provides great entertainment during the evenings

Clean rooms, good service. Nice beach, pools. Food below average, lunch and dinner in the buffet is tasteless. Food in Mexican restaurant absolutely tasteless, what a shame. Krystal restaurant not bad, Japanese restaurant above average. We had lunch in the Italian restaurant, much better than in the buffet. They need to replace staff responsible for the kitchen.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Riu Palace, and I can confidently say it was one of the most memorable vacations I’ve ever experienced! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service that set the tone for our entire stay. The resort itself is nothing short of breathtaking and exceptionally clean. The architecture is stunning, with elegant design and beautiful landscaping that creates a serene and inviting atmosphere. Our room was spacious, immaculately clean, and offered stunning views of the ocean! The views are incredibles the beach is well taken care of with lots of server’s coming end going, quick and working very hard. The attention to detail was evident everywhere, from the tasteful decor to the comfortable furnishings. One of the highlights of the Riu Palace is undoubtedly the dining experience. With a few restaurants to choose from, each offering a diverse array of delectable cuisines, there was never a dull moment. The buffet was expansive, featuring fresh and delicious options, while the specialty restaurants provided a more intimate dining experience with exceptional service. The only disappointment was the Steak house, our experience with the Lobster and fries were cold and over cooked although the lunch buffet was delicious.

The food is absolute garbage. It's unbelievably disgusting. Towels at the pool are dirty or wet when handed out to people as fresh towels. Cockroaches can also be found in the hallways enjoying the stay in a five-star hotel. Room and building design and atmosphere are below average. Staff are often rude. Definitely do not suggest anyone to make the mistake of choosing this place to stay.

This was our third trip to this particular resort. We come every October. The weather for most has been decent. This past October it rained a couple of the days BUT it didn't ruin our time. We still enjoyed plenty of sun and fun! The most favorite time at the resort I have was the foam party! So much fun! I only wished there was more interaction like that around the pools other days of the week. But all in all this is my favorite. Can't wait to come back to see Claudia and David our two favorite bartenders!!

Excellent service! My only recommendation would be to improve the fitness center, it did not have enough equipment and needs to be updated. I also would suggest staff asking customers to use hand sanitizer prior to using the buffet to prevent illness or have servers to serve food at buffet. I was a little worried about getting sick from other guests, not washing their hands prior to touching utensils in the buffet.

Our family had an excellent relaxing weeklong holiday at the resort, and we would highly recommend this property to families with young children. Everything was taken care from the moment you check-in and our 5-year son had the best time, had a memorable birthday celebration. Well done to all the staff members at the resort and we look forward to visiting you in the near future! This was our first all-inclusive vacation, and we are already preparing for our next one :-)
