"Dated rooms with AC not as cold as you'll want, I asked to change rooms because of a mold smell but was not able to get one, they just sprayed an Air Freshener that smelled like Vicks. Also, I tried to get an upgrade as a VIP benefit several times and they always seemed to never have anything available. What was the point of being a VIP on Expedia?
