Staff was very friendly and accommodating, food and drinks were good, room and resort overall was kept very clean. If I had any complaints it would be that at the time of our visit the water slide was under repair, the buffet retaurant could have used some updated dinning furniture (some of the chairs were a little questionable to sit on) and staff do not enforce saving...

"After reading all the negative reviews, almost switched hotels. Honestly it wasn't bad at all. Staff were super friendly. Food wasn't 5 star but the buffet has options. Restaurants need to be booked but didn't have a problem doing that. I would recommend this resort to families more than anything. Water park was awesome. Kids had a blast"

This was the most crowded it has ever been when we were there and it did seem like they could really use some more bartenders, servers and chairs around the pool. The lines were rather bad. Our VIP benefits weren't quite as good this time- we never got a bottle of wine in the room as before. "
