"We took our parents and found the property very accessible and had everything we needed including a very nice spa and gym. Staff were very friendly! Convenient shopping and activities nearby. The only downside was the system used to book reservations in a la carte restaurants. If you have privilege status, go to the Bloved restaurant! Fabulous meals and service there!"

"Beautiful property, very family friendly. Natural pool was amazing our kids loved it. All the staff were mostly pleasant however if there is one suggestion I could offer, adhere to guests food preferences whether it’s an allergy or not. The quality of food can be raised and should match the great service. Overall we enjoyed our stay."

"Loved the hotel. So many things to do with kids. The beach is THE BEST! The food was good, many options. The water park had a lot of closed slides which was a bummer! Enjoyed the kids area with rock climbing, obstacle course, bowling and trampolines. "
