The staff was great! Room was clean and housekeeping was on top of keeping it that way. The food was ok but its expected from an all inclusive place. Drinks were strong so that was a plus. Will come again!

We loved our time at Grand Tulum! The Hotel and grounds were incredible and well maintained. The hotel staff were all friendly and helpful. Tons of activities for the whole family - We will be back for our next vacation!

We love Bahía. Prior to having children Bahía adults only was the place to go. Now with family and small children Bahía Tulum is the best place to be.
