I wanted to love this property, but it wasn’t perfect or even great. I can’t see her never got back to me after they messaged if I needed anything. When I login for room service it showed prices meaning it was going to charge me. The buffet was OK. The specialty restaurants were a little bit better but still OK. Which is a good thing for an all inclusive. It could’ve been worse. There were towels and drinks that should’ve been picked up. I only got asked if I wanted to drink once when I was at the beach. Seemed very understaffed. Servers were very friendly and on par. They don’t rent snorkeling gear, which is shocking and surprising all at the same time. Bring your own. I guess overall I’d say I was super bummed about the food and the timing. I wanted to have lunch at noon, but it was closed and the other place. There was no seating. It was a great family place, lovely staff, safe clean overall. I appreciated the room Upgrade via Expedia, I had to ask for it and it was granted. Not sure what the concierge service is for if they don’t answer and don’t ask what you’re interested in i.e. shows etc. but they were nice on the first introduction. Bartenders by the pool very nice. But the pool was dirty and there was no bartender down at the pool. They would come down if you sat there, but would not hang out. One of my favorite parts about a pool bar at most all inclusive is the bartenders in their personalities. Very lacking.
