Everything was good except that there's too many guests and too few staff, so service cannot be provided as well as other all inclusive hotels. Upon checkout there was an enormous waiting line at the only desk open. And we got food poisoning on the last day, so the food quality is a bit of a question. Wide range of options in dining and entertaining in general.

It was a lovely vacation. The fact that the park was close by and available by bus made it very accessible. Arte parks are probably some of the best amusement parks I’ve gone to. I will definitely be returning with my family.

It is completely built around the natural environment of the jungle. The property is integrated into the environment around it with a beautiful beach, lagoon, cliffs and all the man made parts blend beautifully with everything else. It was gorgeous, breathtaking views and unforgettable sights.

For the price, I recommended for people who will take advantage of all parks. If you are not into extreme experiences, it might not be not be the best choice. However, it is the best hotel I had stayed.

Only a couple of things I would suggest, the wifi and cell reception is a bit spotty outside of the room and to add some other snacks like chicken wings, nachos and Mac and cheese to the late night room service menu. Besides that it’s amazing here and we can’t wait to come back!
