"My husband and I stayed in a tropical view swim out room and it was worth the upgrade! The pool was very private, had a peek of ocean view and was perfect for relaxing. The room and bathroom were spacious with lots of storage. The mini bar was well stocked and we did get room service one day and it was quick and tasty. "My husband and I stayed here for a week. It was not the nicest all inclusive we’ve stayed at but the staff were incredible - special shout out to Diego, Arbey, & Irving!! The biggest issue we had was maintenance problems. From the beginning of the trip our toilet would constantly run, one sink leaked, and the bathtub only had one working faucet. We did submit multiple maintenance requests and told multiple people but none of the issues were ever fixed. One evening maintenance came by around...
