"Service at the resort was impressive. A few of the workers stood out, such as the buffet hostess who remembered our names and always smiled, Anita in the lobby, and the woman in the Asian restaurant who delivered our drinks. These women were hard workers. I was very pleased that we were assigned a room close to the elevator as requested. I wish your pool/beach loungers were more comfortable and that there were more chairs (not just loungers) around the pools. "

"Our stay over all was good, just a few complaints. The food was ok, the best restaurant was the Italian. I found the food had no flavor. There was never enough chairs to sit by the pool or beach. A few days we sat on the edge of the pool or stayed on the balcony at our room. The staff is amazing. The rooms could use a makeover. One of the lamps in our room had black electrical tape holding the cord together and the socket cover was half broken. Not enough outlets for the room. "
