"Food was good taste, and a lot of choice. The beach is beautiful, shallow, no waves. Big , nice pool with hydromassage installations. Staff constantly washed windows, glass doors, floors, sidewalks. I had to call the front desk not once to get missing towels, water bottles or something else, and all the problems were solved in a matter of minutes. The staff were polite, and patient . Planning to be there again. "

"The resort was very nice. Was cool to see all the different wildlife like monkeys raccoons, kudamundi and loads of birds. My kids loved the water park which was right outside of our room. The Riviera was the best à la carte. As far as taste and serving size went. The buffet and Mexican buffet were also very good with loads of selections. "Okay we stayed here 3 times in the last 3 years . They really need a do not disturb sign because housekeeping, kept knocking on our door even after they had cleaned. Some staff were nice while others were not happy or seemed bothered by requests for drinks. Towels were very stiff and felt very hard on our hands and skin. We hope if we return they may do these few things. "
