"Please stop pushing the Xcaret 2 meeting so much or please take the "no" as an answer. At one point we were trying to go to dinner but got held up for 5-10 minutes by a staff member trying to get us to go to the meeting. It's great you want to promote and it's great you offered a massage coupon in return for our precious time. But you also wasted some of our time trying to get us to the meeting after we said no."

Staff was friendly and attentive with a few missed service opportunities. I tend to hold Conrad and Waldorf to a higher standard being top tier Hilton properties. Overall nice resort and very social media “worthy” but service is good but not excellent. "
