Find All-inclusive Hotel in Playacar Fase I

"Have stayed a various secrets properties over the years, this one is hands-down the best. Excellent location on Maroma beach, truly outstanding staff, good restaurants. I paid extra for the honeymoon sweet...large and well appointed, ocean front. Beautiful stay. Only thing I would improve, is the private club has a musty odor, noticed it on my last visit as well. Gym is nice, (it rained a few days so heck, why not work off some tequila), but it could use a little updating for maybe even a slight expansion. Overall...a perfect stay, will go back again....but the secret as Secrets are its people. The employees are 5 star top notch."

"We stayed at the Hyatt the week after Christmas and were very impressed with the staff. Very friendly, accommodating and helpful! Unfortunately, many guests here are the exact opposite - a shame! Lots of “young people” who bawl at night, set off alarms or get drunk. Unfortunately, we didn't like the "Americanization" at all. A little more Mexico would be nice."

"Picked this resort for my birthday trip and I am so glad I did. The property is beautiful. The view from my room was amazing!! The staff had the best customer service and made us feel so welcome. This resort is all inclusive and all of the restaurants had delicious food. When I came back to my room on my birthday, there was a piece of cake and champagne. I will definitely return to this resort!!"
