Abraham, you made my stay memorable as my partner and I enjoyed the adults only pool 😊. Thank you! There was a man in the platinum lounge in the El Cid hotel whose name I did not get, but he was a sweetheart. Highly recommend this place. They helped make my anniversary so special. Also, Aakat was the best restaurant hands down. "

"I had a swim up pool ocean front view in the excellence club area and loved the view. There were people getting up early in the morning to save spots but I didn’t have to worry because I was right there and had my own outdoor patio bed. The servers are attentive and come around to take drink orders. Housekeeping were attentive and made art out of the towels which was refreshing. I thought the bed was really comfortable and didn’t care too much for the room bar but I requested for other bottles to be swapped out during check in and reception told me it could take up to 2-3 days but never happened. I enjoyed drinks most at the Excellence Lounge because of the top shelf alcohol which you don’t find at many of the bars. I love that there’s a variety of restaurants and food options but I would not recommend the food from Spice if you are looking for authentic Korean or Japanese food. The room has wear and tear so don’t expect perfection. I could tell from the walls that they were painted white often and couch sunken in. The staff were friendly and approachable. I felt the size of the resort was perfect, not to big or small. The amount of activities were good and there was always something to do."

"Amazing hotel with my 8 and 12 yr old. Awesome shows every night restaurants with huge variety pool had something for everyone, main pool great entertainment, calm ocean, beach volleyball and bikes to ride through property. Staff great! . "
