"First let me say the staff was nice. Our room ended up being ok also, but it cost us more. This hotel has two separate areas. The rooms across the road are dumpy, but the ones by the pool are ok. When you get the really good rate, you won’t get a nice room. I don’t know if this is the booking companies fault or the hotels fault, but the hotel tries to upsell you to the better room.
