"The entertainment was amazing! Always something to do! Activities, sports and crafts for most ages. Staff was friendly and helpful, especially the Viva Vibe staff. Ugh but the food…SO FLAVORLESS!! Definitely wasn’t expecting 5 star quality at an all inclusive but the food was a 3 out of 10. Honestly felt like going into the kitchen and help them put some flavor into the most basic foods!! Very disappointed with the food."

"This resort is amazing, it has a variety of activities ,the food is good and the nightly shows are of very good quality. The staff was very nice and readily available to cater to our needs. The beach was great and they did cleanup the sorgassum as much as it was possible. The only thing that I didn't appreciate is they changed the reservation policy midway our trip for the "à la carte" restaurants therefore there wasn't any availability by the time we could reserve."

"This was not the place we stayed at even though we booked it through the site. we were informed it was booked out and was forced to pick the caracol location without explanation or a refund. The experience was beyond horrible that we stayed at a different hotel for a night just to avoid the nightmare we endured during the stay.
