"The resort is absolutely incredible—easily one of the best we've experienced. From the delicious food and top-shelf drinks to the lively entertainment, everything exceeded expectations. The staff truly made the trip memorable—especially Andres at the swim-up bar, who brought great energy and kept things fun. He made hanging out at the bar a highlight of our stay. My only critique would be the lack of drink service to the swim-up suites. Without waitstaff coming around, the convenience of the swim-up feature feels a bit wasted. If we return, we’ll likely skip the swim-up upgrade for that reason. "

"Everything about Xcaret Arte was beyond excellent. We enjoyed the property, the architecture is beautiful. Truly a work of art. The staff and food was excellent. W loved our Rive spa room in Casa de la Paz which was so peaceful and right above the spa. We loved that our room came with a free 1 hour hydrotherapy session as well. We will definitely be returning. "

"The property is just beautiful and clean. The rooms are very nice and the service and staff are excellent. The ONLY downside is the beach, however, it is still beautiful and they are working on restoring the beach area. Highly recommend this property. We have been coming to the Royal Haciendas for 18 years and are owners of a beachfront full suite."
