The re sort was ok the hotel was clean service and the workers were very good. The food was good. The only complaint that I have it is that the hotel staff can do better to tell people that the pool was going to be under contraction for the time that we were there we could have choose a different location because the other pool that they had left was very crowded. The check in was very slow.

Our family of four including two toddlers had a great time at this Hilton all inclusive hotel. The "kids corner " was clutch for my 5 year old. My 3 year old was too young to attend. My oldest attended kids corner almost everyday. He had a great time there. The staff there were very kind and friendly. The splash water park and infinity pools were great. We used the pools everyday. The food were great with many options. We did try all the reserved restaurants. The food and dinning experience was wonderful. Our recommendation is to make sure to book early or else you'll stuck with late dinning or no availability. Overall, it was a great experience. The weather was great mid 80s everyday. We'll come back again. Thank you.

Was very convenient for a small family reunion. It was Almost all inclusive, but you had to pay for cabanas and seats in the pool and some foods. Otherwise it was great

Everything very good. The only bad thing is that is very hard to access and get out of the hotel. Not to mention that it is prohibited to get uber or any other type of transportation that is not a site taxi. Which can get expensive and sometimes inconvenient. However besides that the hotel offers everything so that you can enjoy a calm stay.

Customer service was on point! Hotel was beautiful and well cared for. They offered daily activities for all ages and the staff really cares for the guest. They will go out of their way to cater you. Restaurants were great and I highly recommend the Hilton.
