We had a great time at the New Year’s party! It was fun and well-organized, with plenty of food and drink options. However, more chairs around the pool area would be a great improvement. The hotel was so busy that unless you woke up very early, it was hard to find a spot.

We came for new years as a large group. The resort was pretty busy but we enjoyed our time here. They had so many food options and activities for the kids. Staff was so nice and attentive. They work incredibly hard, so bring cash for tips. Sadly the beach gets dirty with so much plastic. Not the resorts fault but a peoples fault. I picked up plastic when I’d go for my walks on the beach. As a guest respect nature please.

The food in the room was fantastic. I just wish I had a balcony. The beach was very weedy and we were a little bit bored with the 3 kids! Overall, we had a good time. I would read it a 7.1 out of 10.

The hotel was exceeding our expectations. We spend one week as family with one hold 7 years old I can say one of the best vacations. The hotel employees were making their best to make all customers happy and comfortable. The restaurants options was great and meets all our requirements. There were huge number of activities that my child love it. I can’t say more than the hotel was the best choice for this vacation

The property is recent. Lots of amenities on site (multiple pools, spectacles, gym...) and good options for dining (ok quality). Some of the things that need improvement: limited affordable options to leave the resort. Kid's club only allow kids above 4y to be left with staff. Impossible to book restaurant before check-in, which means that you will probably not have a reservation the day you arrive, maybe the next one too. Most importantly: we were charged when we asked to change room, even though we gave a property of higher value. A little disappointing. Thank you.

All hot tubs were broken; took five hours to get our toilet unclogged; played HORRIBLE electronic music by the pools instead of just songs- totally inappropriate for a family resort- it wasn’t a rave scene with a bunch of 20-somethings. Minor repairs needed all over- room numbers missing, doors not closing, etc.

Absolutely loved all the staff and employees, so friendly and amiable. My boyfriend and I didn’t go a single day without being in awe of the service and the shear amount of effort by all the staff and servants. We are heavily considering visiting back in the near future and we’re sure we’ll enjoy the great food, amenities and all the restaurants once we travel back :)

I enjoyed the property. It was clean, the staff was nice. Only thing I was missing was the night time activities. There wasn't too much to do and the fact that the resprt was pretty far from other things.

The two areas for improvement: 1. Minibar doesn't get restocked regularly. When made specific asks, they were fulfilled partially. 2. Kids area is fabulous, albeit can use minor maintenance, we would have appreciated extended family time (under age of 4) hours during extra rainy days. This would have been great for our toddler when it was impossible to perform any activity outside. 3. Restaurants staff was great most times, but it was not consistent, unlike hotel staff which was fantastic
