"The resort was amazing, the staff English was not very good. Especially the travel people scheduling the activities, when they would get something wrong and we asked them about it they would just say ohhhh my English not very good as an excuse to overselling us something. Saying a trip was a 10 minute drive when it was actually 30.. and then saying a buffet was included with dolphins but then at the place they said it’s $87 a person and we had 7 people with us… it was very frustrating. Also late check out was $400 or sit through an hour and a half sales pitch. Watch out for that! The resort and food were absolutely amazing though!! The stores for gifts were outrageously overpriced!! I didn’t see a single person ever buy anything!! "

"I cant say enough positive things about this hotel. It was clean, quiet and the beds were extremely comfortable. The staff was AMAZING! Always go out of their way to be pleasant and make sure you have everything you need.... and more I am not usually one to write a review but i think people should know about this place. I was worried when my husband suggested we stay at a location " not on the beach". I am a person that gets bored easily and he was worried being stuck in a location that was difficult to get out of to enjoy the surroundings, would get boring. This hotel has an all inclusive option available. Definitely get it! The food and dining atmosphere is amazing!! We could walk around safely in this area, enjoy the beach just a block and a half away or rent a scooter and go to the ruins or cenotes. "

"The ambiance and the proximity to Fifth Avenue, which is an open area, compared to other resorts, which are situated by themselves. Alltra offered a comparable level of comfort when compared to our previous experiences. Furthermore, it offered a variety of activities for each day, allowing us to relax and enjoy the stay. Our stay was enjoyable, we would not have any negative points to mention. "
