This was a great resort. Lots of food options and the staff was very nice . The only complains I have were the drinks were not good or strong . And it was definely an older crowd so I would not recommend if you plan to go partying

We enjoyed staying at the Hideaway. Everything was very clean. The staff were constantly working and cleaning and were very friendly. My wife was treated like a queen by all waiting staff. Food and drink was good. We will return. There was construction going on during our stay but it did not affect our stay at all.

We reserved diamond club luxury presidential suite with private jacuzzi Lady checking is in wanted to give us swim up room. We had to beg for the room we reserved… restaurant service is horrible … only staff that was actually helpful was people workers at the pool specifically one always got us a daybed… very helpful. Food is definitely a 1 star wasn’t good at all. Didn’t feel like we even payed for diamond club … was better service at Royalton chic.. don’t stay here …

The property was nice and the experience was elevated with the diamond club. The servers at times were rude. The steakhouse was the worst service of all. Our butler Gina was amazing !!! Room service was very very poor, only having cold pizza and brownies available in the menus with a 45 min delivery. Facilities were nice and clean. 7out of 10 would recommend for a quick get away but definitely not for a long week stay.

The beach was worse than the other resorts in the area I’ve stayed at. Not the resort’s fault, just a worse location. Staff did a good job of keeping the resort clean, but during a bubble party at the main pool I stepped on broken glass IN the pool, which even kids attended which is very unsafe.

I really enjoyed this property as it was my first all inclusive resort! However, sometimes I felt as if staff didn’t truly want to help they just wanted you to get out of their hair. I went to guest services for a question relating to transportation and they told couldn’t do much for me. However, I really enjoyed myself overall. I do wish we would’ve been given a warning regarding the construction that was about to take place as that made me have to walk extra around the property to get to my room.

The property was pretty. Most of the food (didn’t try all the restaurants) was very good. There wasn’t many entertainment options, as most happened during when we were going to dinner. The downside was housekeeping could have been better with towels, there was a day without washcloths and a day without bath towels. The beverage person had to also be tracked down to add beer and water almost daily.Other than that, room was very clean and staff was helpful and friendly.

Lets start w the good.... property was clean. Rooms were big and pretty. Staff was very helpful. Gym was fantastic! Next onto the bad... biggest complaint.. NOT ALL ADULT ONLY. This is 3 resorts in 1. There is an adult only side, its on 1 end of resort. But meals and activities have kids included. There is only 1 adult only swim up bar that is inly open from 1030a- 530p. So if you want drinks outside ofnthose times, you have to walk ro main resort. Next, the bed was uncomfortable, room was cleaned but not restocked daily. Food was mediocre at best...
