"Everything was amazing. The only thing we didn’t like was that we had requested two rooms in close proximity and they weren’t ready until 6pm. They said we could have rooms at 3pm, but that they might be in different buildings. All the pools were really cold. Also, they said the hotel timeshare presentation would take max 2 hours and they kept us there for 5 hours (they’d switch sales people every time we said we weren’t interested). "

"The hotel was nice, staff were great. We upgraded to Privilege which was pretty expensive for what it was, however, I would not have wanted to be without it-- private butler, lounge, beach beds, and food and drink service from pool loungers. We were told we would have a "Privilege Junior suite" which clearly is described as having a separate living room--- we did not get this, we received a normal hotel room, and were told that it was a "suite" despite it clearly not being. "Beautiful scenery place, staff is a 50/50 whether they’ll be in the mood to say hi or help you out though. There’s a difference between attending customers in a good mood and forcibly helping. "

"This is a must visit for family vacation! It exceeded my expectations. It just great! The staff was beyond professional, friendly, polite and attentive! The resort/ hotel was super clean always. Exceptional! Definitely recommend and will travel back yearly!"
