"We have been going down to Akumal since the late 90's with owners of like business in the US. In the past we have rented several condos in half moon bay. This is the first time we have rented a large facility. It was perfect for all of us. We had 3 father and sons. So they were able to stay in the same rooms. The 13 bedrooms was perfect. Felipe was a great host. The instructions of getting from the airport to Villa Bellamar was great for the few that had never been to Akumal before....

"When I originally booked this house I thought it was too good to be true with the price and everything we wanted right on the beach but it was actually everything advertised and more. There is a little spot across the road to get drinks and swim, your own pool, it is so quiet, the staff was amazing. I only wish I had booked to stay longer!! We will definitely be back!"

"Villa Mariposa was a great place for our family wedding and vacation. The location was perfect, Playacar is a nice, safe gated community with lots of amenities like restaurants, little stores and easy beach access to make it very suitable even if you do not have a car. "Great studio for those looking to a little oasis in Cozumel. The pool and outdoor area were great places to cool off during the day or cook up something on the grill. I was remote working during my stay and only a couple internet issues typical of the network in Cozumel. This place is outside of the touristy area, so great for a long term visit and close to Sams and 65th for shops. That said access to a car is helpful if you want to get to the beach clubs or ferry. "This house made for a great family beach vacation. The location and neighborhood could not be better. The kitchen was well appointed and the house was everything we could have hoped for. We loved jumping off of the dock into the ocean. We even went snorkeling at night. The dive boat (Which the owner recommended and helped us reserve) picked us up right out front. We will definitely be coming back."

"The property was awesome. It fit our needs perfectly. One bedroom on first floor perfect for our 80 year old mother so no climbing stairs. Elevator was not working but probably a good thing as the younger kids would not abuse it. The beach area was smaller than we expected but still wonderful view from the house to the ocean. Most photos taken were from the palm tree in front of pool. Awesome views. Staff was great and pleasant. We would return if we take another family trip to Akumal."
