"This is my third time visiting the property and it lived up to my previous wonderful experiences. The staff are truly amazing and seem to genuinely want their guests to have a lovely time. I had a very bad back during my stay - I tried to postpone my trip but sadly this was not possible. "We loved the property itself. It was quiet and very unique. It was very clean and staff were lovely. The reason for a lower review is that there was no self serve areas for drinks(pop) or coffee and you even had to be served at the snack bar. You had to go and order pop and coffee and really you were only able to get a coffee at meal time when the restaurant was open or you had to pay in the front lobby, which I thought was a little absurd. "

"My 10-day stay at this resort was amazing. The property was well maintained. They provided daily bottled water at no additional charge. The property sits right on the water with amazing views. The staff were friendly and helpful the entire time. I interacted with no less than 12 different staff members and they were all great! "The Villa Blanca Gardens is my go to for a short getaway, having stayed there 6 times in the last 4-5 years. It has a beautiful landscape, is across the street from the beach and two dive/excurson piers. Very diver friendly, with dive trips leaving from piers across the street. It has a pool, but no Waterpark, so not as noisy as many of the all inclusive resorts. The current on-site restaurant/bar (Stingrays) is pretty good and not overly expensive on paper, but they give you a poor exchange...

"We choose the master suite. Though it is not sound proof between living and bedroom areas, the size is decent. Room service is good. The food options are based on customer order instead of large buffet, we found it nice and fresh. Hotel is next to main street so it is very covenient for shopping, though 20-30 min walk to beach. One thing bothered me was the loud music, which last till 2A sometimes. "

TRS Yucatan Hotel - Adults Only - All Inclusive

"This place was beyond luxurious. I would say, perfection. I can’t say enough about the kind and welcoming staff. They go out of the way to ensure your comforts are met. They pay incredible attention to details and treat you wonderfully. The property grounds are immaculate. The dining options are amazing, and the food was cooked perfectly. I wish we had stayed longer, there are endless things to do at the property. We stayed in the Ambassador Suite, we were offered a discounted upgrade on arrival from our original reserved Garden view pool suite. This room was out of this world amazing. We did also see the original room we had booked and it was incredible as well. You can access all places through a short walk through the amazing bridges in the mangroves. You can also access via the continuous golf cart type vehicles that are readily available and comfortable. The beaches are perfect, with plenty of in beach dining. The salt water pool was our favorite, you are able to swim with fish that filter in from the ocean. There was a butler available to us to provide us with what ever we needed. We couldn’t be more satisfied. We can not wait to go and stay with TRS Yucatan again!"

" The service was outstanding overall. The activities staff went above and beyond. The bartenders always aimed to please. The spa was a wonderful treat. We greatly enjoyed the different food, drink, and entertainment options. - The process for getting dinner reservations at the special restaurants was inconsistent and poorly communicated. We missed having a hot tub in the pool area. Not handicapped accessible-lots of steps, and a good amount of walking for a handicapped person. We had wonderful, personal service at all of the restaurants except the Mexican one. We had 2 lunches and a dinner there, and the service was slow. Tipping-the whole thing is unclear-publishing some guidelines for when to tip, how much is appropriate/expected would be so helpful for guests. "
