"The resort is verybaccomodating to allergies. The disabled stalls are not quite large enough but the walkways and ramps were quite good. I like being able to use both resorts but the buffet at this resort has more options. Food was always fresh and tasty!"

"The staff was really friendly. The property was clean and had a variety of activities. It was a kid friendly resort but also had adults-only dining options. I enjoyed the variety in restaurants but you definitely need to make reservations. The live cooking show was my absolute favorite (The chicken was a highlight). Highly recommend it. Jazmin at the spa was great and Hector at Eden Pool. Thank you all for a wonderful stay! "

"Absolutely stunning resort! Love that excusions and such are included. The staff is so helpful and have no problem dropping what they are doing to answer a question or help you find your way (our Butlers David and Frank were AMAZING)! Even though the resort is massive not once did we feel crowded. So many options for food and drinks. Thank you Hotel xcaret Arte for a perfect vacation!"

"This resort really takes 5 stars , super clean, entertainment all day, food options are amazing. The only advice I can give is that don’t forget any of the essential things you need , because the boutiques prices are super expensive “ sunscreen, floaters…” "
