"Very large property. Takes a little time to walk between room, pools/beach & dining. Go exercise!! One suggestion is to spend 10 cents extra on the wrist bands. They constantly snag and scratch. Get one that can do away with room cards. Get colored wrist bands that identify package level and unlock your room."

"Just came back from this hotel. Love the atmosphere of this resort, it was so beautiful. There were certain species to explore during my stays ( the coatis, deers, lizards, monkeys, scorpions, and many more). Kids swimming pool so much fun, beautiful layouts. Staffs were amazing and helpful. There were also golf cart for you to travel if you're tired of walking. I would give a 4 stars for cleanliness because there were stains on the floors and spots on the sofa in our bedrooms, we didn't know if they've ever mop the floors from the previous guests. Compared to the foods from other hotels, it wasn't the best. I would give a 3 stars, couple times the cold dishes of the meat got rotten in their buffet restaurant. But overall, it was a great moment to enjoy of my stays. "
