"great value and location. my only complaint is i left my airpods in the room along with a charging block and cord. since im able to track my airpods, when i couldn’t find them a couple of hours after leaving the hotel i found out that they are in a neighborhood in Cancun. obviously an employee grabbed them and took them home rather than waiting to see if they were reported missing."

The shower head has at least half the holes blocked and this is common in México. The a/c is mounted over the bed so the cold air falls rapidly onto your feet. Your upper body will be comfortable, but your feet will be freezing. Best take a blanket for them. Coffee in the lobby in the am. Fresh squeezed orange and grapefruit juice on...

"This property is a little older but everything was in really good condition. The front desk staff was fantastic, always polite and helpful. We were able to easily walk to Avenida 5th which is the main tourist area in the area, but the entire city was easy to navigate and walk. The rooftop pool was a nice treat and there were a number of spots to relax up there. "
