"We stayed at Hilton for one night. The room and facilities are super clean. Room is modern and comfortable and quiet. There’s a pool area for each building. I wish I booked all my stay here. The lobby is magnificent facing the ocean. You immediately feel luxurious when entering it. It’s worth the money comparing with other hotels in Cancun at the same price range. "

"What a magical resort! It’s a great place for a family vacation. We loved seeing the monkeys, coatis, and iguanas. The cenotes and natural surroundings were the main reasons we chose this resort. All the restaurant options were fabulous! We especially loved the Japanese restaurant, El Tempo. One great benefit of booking through Expedia is that the hotel concierge will make three restaurant reservations for you. The weather wasn’t ideal for us, but we embraced it—snorkeling in the rain and even spotting a small stingray at the resort’s beach. Be sure to bring water shoes, and you’ll have no trouble walking on the rocky parts of the shore. The rooms were perfect for families, and the bunk beds were an incredible option! The staff were fabulous and so was the night time shows. What a gem of a place! We can’t wait to return!"

"This is truly an amazing property and worth the money. The rooms were nice and clean. The food was top notch at all restaurants, especially the a la carte. We only visited Xplor park which was a lot of fun. My only reasons for not giving 5 starts in all categories were due to the following: 1. As noted in many reviews, the staff push you to attend a presentation for the expanded area of the hotel. This is actually a sales tactic for a membership (which you may or may not be interested in). Though they promise a 90 minute presentation in exchange for a $200 credit, it ended up being over 3 hours between the breakfast with the sales staff then further meetings with managers etc. etc. They need to be more honest up front about the time commitment. Fortunately, the $200 credit is paid at the end which we used at the spa with no issues. 2. We had a garden suite room. It was a ground level floor very close to where people walk to and from the restaurants or the pool. It becomes very loud at night as the room was not very sound proof. To avoid these issues, upgrade your room so you get a higher level, and avoid the sales presentation (unless you feel 3 1/2 hours of your time is worth $200USD). Overall, I will definitely come back in the future."

"Great location. Near the beach, 5th ave, Ado bus drop off or departure, Walmart!! And, lots of inexpensive local taco stands or restaurants. Dona Paula’s for Pozole, honestly it’s like your mom is cooking…great soup and inexpensive, large with trimmings…& $110 peso…. Soooooo good. Love the hotel front desk staff, warm, welcoming and just really nice. This is a very comfortable, typical mexican, older place, to stay. "

"Absolutely stunning resort! Love that excusions and such are included. The staff is so helpful and have no problem dropping what they are doing to answer a question or help you find your way (our Butlers David and Frank were AMAZING)! Even though the resort is massive not once did we feel crowded. So many options for food and drinks. Thank you Hotel xcaret Arte for a perfect vacation!"

"I had an amazing stay at this resort. The food was great at all the restaurants. Enjoyed the Italian restaurant so ate there twice! I migrated down to the palms side to enjoy the nicer beach area for majority of my stay. All the staff are amazing. The Lomus hospitality excursions were fantastic! Would definitely recommend and would go back! "

"I love that the resort was adult only and all inclusive. It was a beautiful place and was nice that we could go from the pool and the beach with ease. I would have liked more food options. It would have been nice to have some type of dessert option offered by the pool area. I disliked the way we were harassed to buy into the new properties after taking the resort tour. It was very much like a timeshare just worded differently. We will never take part in one of these again no matter what the offer “for free” or “discounted”. Very disappointing in how we were treated by being approved by 4 additional sales people after saying no. "
