"This place was beyond luxurious. I would say, perfection. I can’t say enough about the kind and welcoming staff. They go out of the way to ensure your comforts are met. They pay incredible attention to details and treat you wonderfully. The property grounds are immaculate. The dining options are amazing, and the food was cooked perfectly. I wish we had stayed longer, there are endless things to do at the property. We stayed in the Ambassador Suite, we were offered a discounted upgrade on arrival from our original reserved Garden view pool suite. This room was out of this world amazing. We did also see the original room we had booked and it was incredible as well. You can access all places through a short walk through the amazing bridges in the mangroves. You can also access via the continuous golf cart type vehicles that are readily available and comfortable. The beaches are perfect, with plenty of in beach dining. The salt water pool was our favorite, you are able to swim with fish that filter in from the ocean. There was a butler available to us to provide us with what ever we needed. We couldn’t be more satisfied. We can not wait to go and stay with TRS Yucatan again!"

"We had a great time. It's nice that they have included off resort excursions included at no extra cost. And the free included airport transportation was nice too. The staff were all very friendly, and the food was very good. "

"What a magical resort! It’s a great place for a family vacation. We loved seeing the monkeys, coatis, and iguanas. The cenotes and natural surroundings were the main reasons we chose this resort. All the restaurant options were fabulous! We especially loved the Japanese restaurant, El Tempo. One great benefit of booking through Expedia is that the hotel concierge will make three restaurant reservations for you. The weather wasn’t ideal for us, but we embraced it—snorkeling in the rain and even spotting a small stingray at the resort’s beach. Be sure to bring water shoes, and you’ll have no trouble walking on the rocky parts of the shore. The rooms were perfect for families, and the bunk beds were an incredible option! The staff were fabulous and so was the night time shows. What a gem of a place! We can’t wait to return!"
