"Ideal property to stay at. Outstanding cleanliness and friendly competent staff. One example: My AC broke one evening and they sent someone to fix it within 5 min of me reporting it. Was fixed soon after and they checked in a few times to make sure all is well. I joined in a lot of activities: crafts, dancing, pickle ball, and the staff were always cheerful and energetic."

"Trs Review My fiancé and I had an amazing time celebrating our birthdays at TRS Yucatan. The service was exceptional. At check-in we were greeted with a welcome drink and a warm towel for our hands. We met our Expedia e-butler Fernanda who did a phenomenal job during our stay. We were pleasantly surprised with intimate dinning to celebrate our birthdays. We stayed in villa 66 and our butler team Armando, Diego, and Francisco provided exceptional service. The food was great. We’ve been to a number of AI’s and this resort was by far the most luxurious with the food and service we received. We declined the premium upgrade but had no regrets and felt like we didn’t miss out. We did the archery activity on the property with Jael, it was a great time. The beach was crystal clear. There are iguanas on the property but they pretty much don’t bother anyone. All in all 10/10 recommend. "
