"This is one of the most beautiful resorts we’ve ever stayed at . The grounds are immaculate and a tropical paradise. We stayed in Family Select kantenah. The room was an Ambassador suite ( which was a free upgrade) - it was 2 rooms with a full bathroom in 1 and a toilet/sink in the other. Worked very convenient for us and our 2 teenagers. We had a butler service which was very handy for asking questions, booking a trolley for dinner and restaurant reservations. Our butlers were Rogelio &...

"Beautiful property but the food was not great at the restaurants we were pushed to make reservations with. The buffet was the same food as the restaurant food just on a different scale. Also we had a hard time getting a hold of guest services for towels, the room was cleaned towels were taken but never replenished. Took 2 days for that to resolve. "

"Loved their food. For an all inclusive resort, the food was amazing! Best tacos I’ve had in my life!! Room and property was clean. Beach was amazing and the staff was super friendly. Only downside is the Japanese and Italian restaurants are hard to get into and we unfortunately did not get into the Italian restaurant. Talking to regulars there, they said those two restaurants have seats held for members which causes it to fill up quicker for non members like us. "

"Stayed in the Family Select section for 9 days with my wife, and 2 young daughters, plus my in laws (4 seniors, 2 adults and a baby). Good: - the butler service was great. We had Daniel (who was amazing) and Rogelio, who was also amazing. -junior suite (building 51 is really close to the beach) was well appointed, modern, clean, and stocked. - FS beach is really nice, shallow, plenty of chairs. "The resort went out of their way to make this an exceptional and memorable visit. When we arrived we found they upgraded us to a Jr Suite which might I add was beautiful and so unexpected. Our room was extremely clean and fresh. The food at the ala cartes was great along with the service. We attended many of the evening shows and throughly enjoyed, especially the Mayan Show. "The property itself was very nice inside the unit, definitely off the beaten path but for the price we couldn’t have asked for more, friendly staff even with language barrier. Unfortunately the pool was being filled at time of arrival and not available until the following day. There was confusion with our booking as I had received confirmation from Expedia and that I could pay upon arrival at property, however when we arrived they said we didn’t have a reservation as payment was not processed...

"I absolutely loved the pool.Enjoyed staying there for 10 days.Now the negative.The hotel requires the guests to leave an ID in order to get towels for the pool, we left my wife’s ID and they lost it which is unacceptable. We had to leave without her ID. She‘s still very upset. "
