"Amazing hotel grounds, it's like staying in a jungle. Cute agoutis (local rodents) running around. At the time of our visit it had the best beach among the neighbouring resorts. All the other hotels had ugly sandbags everywhere to prevent the sand erosion. "The Villa Blanca Gardens is my go to for a short getaway, having stayed there 6 times in the last 4-5 years. It has a beautiful landscape, is across the street from the beach and two dive/excurson piers. Very diver friendly, with dive trips leaving from piers across the street. It has a pool, but no Waterpark, so not as noisy as many of the all inclusive resorts. "We choose the master suite. Though it is not sound proof between living and bedroom areas, the size is decent. Room service is good. The food options are based on customer order instead of large buffet, we found it nice and fresh. Hotel is next to main street so it is very covenient for shopping, though 20-30 min walk to beach. One thing bothered me was the loud music, which last till 2A sometimes. "

"This was not the place we stayed at even though we booked it through the site. we were informed it was booked out and was forced to pick the caracol location without explanation or a refund. The experience was beyond horrible that we stayed at a different hotel for a night just to avoid the nightmare we endured during the stay. I will never use this platform and will make sure my colleagues do not either. "

"This location was walkable to 5th. Take the ADO bus from Cancun Airport for about 230 pesos. The ado terminal is walkable apartment and most attractions!!!! Have fun"
