"We had a lovely week of sunshine and beach. The resort was simple with a nice beach restaurant (guac and pico are wonderfully fresh) and another more formal restaurant with good food. Going in early March we avoided the spring breaker crowd and were surrounded by mostly retirees. Our 19 yo who is very active enjoyed the organized pool and beach volleyball. The area is incredibly safe and we were able to explore many restaurants and shopping areas to the north and south of the resort...

"The property itself was small but charming, the rooms/suites were large and the backyard was spacious as well with a private pool (a bit chilly as there is not much sun in the back). The room rates were very reasonable for what we got. That being said there was no housekeeping (we stayed for 5 days) and it got quite sandy and messy as there was no broom for us to use. We also did not get any spare towels and so we had to do our own laundry (one out of 2 washers worked, no dryer) and it was quite...
