"Stayed in the Family Select section for 9 days with my wife, and 2 young daughters, plus my in laws (4 seniors, 2 adults and a baby). Good: - the butler service was great. We had Daniel (who was amazing) and Rogelio, who was also amazing. -junior suite (building 51 is really close to the beach) was well appointed, modern, clean, and stocked. - FS beach is really nice, shallow, plenty of chairs. "Beautiful property but the food was not great at the restaurants we were pushed to make reservations with. The buffet was the same food as the restaurant food just on a different scale. Also we had a hard time getting a hold of guest services for towels, the room was cleaned towels were taken but never replenished. Took 2 days for that to resolve. "
